About Amanda
Amanda Lee has practised in a renowned law firm in China for nearly 20 years. During her tenure, she focused on trusts, funds, asset management, structured finance, supply chain finance, real estate securitisation, REITs, infrastructure and utilities / PPP, real estate, and domestic and overseas M&A.​
Before entering the legal profession, Amanda worked in taxation and was familiar with international anti-tax avoidance and anti-money laundering rules.

Amanda was consistently recognised by Chambers & Partners as a leading lawyer in asset securitisation and derivatives in China. She was also named "Best Legal Advisor of the Year" by the CFAF.

Amanda holds a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in law from Sun Yat-sen University.
